Image Caption: Caption 1: No. 4: At the great fire of San Francisco all buildings were destroyed for a distance of more than two and a half miles north and in front of these Redwood freight sheds of the Southern Pacific Company, while these sheds remain intact. Townsend street is 82 feet 6 in. wide.

The album was donated to the Forest History Society by the Davenport, Peters Company.]
