Image Caption:  R.M. Carver of Sanderson, Florida, who is conducting an interesting selective logging operation in Osceola National Forest, is an extensive user of International power equipment. It includes two International TD-6 Diesel crawler tractors for skidding logs and several power units for operating sawmill and planing mill, use of which was described in a recent article, "International Tractors and Power Units on This Florida Selective Logging Show."

This picture shows Mr. Carver's most recent purchase, an International ID-9 Diesel wheel tractor, pulling 30-foot trailer 2 to 4 miles from location in the Osceola National Forest to sawmill. Loads are from 18 to 20 logs averaging 30 to 50 feet in length and 12 inches in diameter at butt.
